JukeBox CD Laser Repair For CDM 12 Pro INT Vau 1254 Vau 1255 Lasers

Jukebox's are prone to come up with CD faults due to the age of that machine, one of the most common faults we find
are laser issues they usually come up with error 60 / 61 on the display panel of your Jukebox, the faults range from a dead laser diode to a focus problem. The main symptom presented is often that the disk will not spin, this is an indication that the diode is dead. Another common symptom is where the CD tries to spin a couple of times only for it to stop this could be a focus error this happens mainly on Vau 1254 parts. this can also be
a faulty main TDA Board on your CD mech,
FMAV have the answers to your problems and keeping costs down to a reasonable amount offer a service to replace your old laser Diode or the whole laser and lenses dependent on the fault and model.
Whilst undertaking the repair / service, we will inspect the CDM 12 VAM unit for dry joints on the board and inspect the older type models for capacitors for signs of leakage, this is more common on the CDM12 models with the older caps, we then proceed to check the micro switch and the rails and make sure that there is full movement back and forth and replace the parts that are faulty.
We can replace all parts, and have a range of refurbished stock for the CDM Pro, VAU 1252, VAU 1254, VAU 1255, what we offer is a full service of your part, a full service covers a brand new laser and the cleaning and checking of all parts in that mech to make sure it will last you many more years, if however we find other problems we will notify you before any work is carried out, minor issues are fixed without charge, but if we need to replace difficult to obtain parts we will have to charge for the part.
CDM 12 Pro unit service only, the cost is £65.00 inc P&P.
Vau 1254 / 1255 unit service only, the cost is £110.00 inc P&P.
For international repairs Vam / CDM unit only, the cost is £110.00 inc Priority Mail.
